A: Only players who have received a letter from People's Postcode Lottery with instructions on how to claim their M&S eGift card are eligible to participate.
Q. How long do I have to claim my M&S eGift card?
A: This date can be found on the letter you will have received from People's Postcode Lottery inviting you to claim your M&S eGift card.
Q. What happens after I claim my eGift card?
A. When you have entered your details to claim your treat, you will receive an email with your eGift card attached. You can then use this at any participating M&S store or Café. You can show your eGift card to staff at the checkouts or scan at a self-service machine.
Q. Are there any M&S locations that will not accept my eGift card?
A. Your eGift card can be used in any M&S Food Hall and most M&S Cafés, but is not valid in the following M&S Cafés:
Basingstoke, Camberley, Colchester Stane Park, Handforth, Hempstead Valley, Leamington Shopping Park, Leeds White Rose, Llandudno RP, London Colney, Newcastle, Stevenage RP, Thurrock, Trafford Centre.
